The fitness kick-start
If you’re looking to get moving, challenge yourself and have fun in the process, the bootcamp personal training option is great for you.
The QTPT bootcamp includes 4 small group training classes per week, for six weeks. And the bootcamp classes cover a mix of strength sessions and cardio training to improve all round fitness.
Before and after testing is conducted to define your goals, establish your benchmark ability level, track your progress, and make recommendations for your future training.
QTPT bootcamps are limited to just four people per class to ensure coaching is effective whilst keeping the cost affordable.
