The fitness kick-start
If you’re looking to get moving, challenge yourself and have fun in the process, the bootcamp personal training option is great for you.
The QTPT bootcamps take place in 6 weeks blocks throughout most of the year. Bootcamp classes cover a mix of strength training, cardio conditioning, and core work to improve all round fitness.
Before and after testing is conducted to define your goals, establish your benchmark ability level, track your progress, and make recommendations for your future training.
QTPT bootcamps are limited to just five people per class to ensure coaching is effective whilst keeping the cost affordable.
