This training option is all about sharing the experience and the cost of personal training whilst also promoting accountability and motivation.

Small group personal training sessions offer structure to your workouts and support with improving your fitness in a friendly environment. With this personal training option you can expect a mix of different abilities and ages amongst your new gym buddies… And, a little healthy competition too.

The QTPT gym can accommodate small group personal training classes for up to nine participants. So, if you’re keen to get fit with your partner, workout with friends, drag your workmates along for a challenge, or meet some new like-minded people, this could be a great personal training option for you.
