There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to personal training, and this is particularly true when coaching women.
I believe it’s essential that women’s only personal training considers many different aspects of your wellbeing when designing, implementing and updating gym programmes. This includes but is not limited to: menstrual cycles, pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, ageing, medications, and the different stages of menopause.
All of these can impact our energy levels, mood, performance, flexibility, and recovery, for better or for worse. With women’s only personal training sessions you know that all the workouts and coaching is centred around the specific bodies and needs of women.
